Responsible for all Recruitment activities within EMEA region. Developing and implementing recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers. Effective use of existing and new innovative recruitment methods. Also building and maintaining a network of recruitment agencies and knowledge partners. Provide management with information and reports on a frequent basis. Recruit employees globally / international recruitment. Furthermore creating more visibility on social media (together with all colleagues / referral programs). Describing and implementing the EMEA recruitment workflow and process.

As a business partner working together with clients and candidates (national and international with focus within the FMCG industry) to find the perfect fit between both parties. Providing market knowledge and advice to employers, sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising, referrals and new media methods. Maintaining candidate and  external networks. Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles. Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages. Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking. Developing and managing on going client (long term) relationships which involves giving advice regarding labour market communication and strategic recruitment plans.
